Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Our domestic shipping shipping is done through Australia Post. You acknowledge and agree that D'HYON WATCHES PTY LTD is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services. We are not responsible for the delivery of your products and the times for product delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free express shipping on all our watches which and any purchase above $200. 

We offer $15 flat rate express shipping for any orders under $200.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

We offer international shipping to a variety of countries.

Primarily we use Australia Post. to check, visit Australia Post's website guide here.

We alternatively also use DHL Express.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free express shipping on all our watches which and any purchase above $200. 

We offer a $20 flat express shipping rate for any orders under $200.

The below times are just a guide and are not guaranteed. All delivery times are subject to busy periods and external factors. 

Your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. D'HYON WATCHES PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dhyonwatches.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
